This class is open to the public for Viborg residents and will be held at Pioneer Memorial Hospital & Health Services in Viborg. Our physical therapist will be in attendance in showing tips on how to exercise safely and easily at home. We will also be offering free blood pressure screening, and will have a healthy snack available. This will be a great opportunity to meet some of the staff from Pioneer Memorial!
