The Turner County Family & Community Health Nurse maintains offices in Parker and Viborg.

The Parker Office is located in the Turner County Courthouse, 400 S Main St., Parker SD 57053; (605) 297-4472.
Turner County Family and Community Health Services provide quality public health for individuals, families and communities. Services include:
For infants & young children:
- WIC (Women, Infants and Children Supplemental Food & Nutrition Education Program)
- Growth and development screening and guidance
- Well-child screenings and immunizations
For Children & Adolescents:
- Well-child screenings and immunizations
- Education and training on child growth and development, dietary needs and nutrition education, physical activity, how to prevent injury and other health topics
- School health screenings
Pregnant & Postpartum women:
- WIC (Women, Infants and Children Supplemental Food & Nutrition Education Program)
- Education for pregnant women
- Postpartum services
- Baby Care (information, guidance and office services for pregnant women)
Adults:
- Adult immunizations (call for information)
- All Women Count (Breast and Cervical Cancer Control/Screening Program)
