Jessica Thiesen, Long Term Care CNA and Med Aide at Pioneer Memorial Hospital & Health Services, has been named as the November Employee of the Month. Jessica started working with Pioneer Memorial in 2013.
As a CNA for Long Term Care, Jessica is responsible for taking care of residents and assisting them with their daily activities.
Her family includes her husband, Stephen, and they have had four exchange students over the years. When she is not working, Jessica keeps busy showing sheep, watching sports and movies, and learning cultures and traveling with her exchange students.
Those who nominated Jessica for this award described her as someone they can always count on. She is a great team player and goes out of her way to bring everyone’s spirits up; even going the extra mile by often bringing in snacks and treats to brighten their day! She is very pleasant and uplifting, and always has a positive attitude!
When asked what she thought of the award Jessica stated, “It is amazing to be recognized for the work we all do and especially for bringing in goodies and making people smile!”
