Kristine Kapsch – Housekeeping Assistant for Pioneer Memorial Hospital & Health Services, has been named as the September Employee of the Month. Kristine started working with Pioneer Memorial in November 2019.
In Kristine’s role in Housekeeping, she is responsible for cleaning the Nursing Home, Hospital, Clinics, and restrooms. She also helps in Laundry when needed.
Kristine lives in Parker. Her family includes two older sons who live in Kansas – Justin, who is in the Air Force, and Zachary who is a manager at Lowe’s. She has one grandson, Clay, who is 1 year old and another grandchild is on the way. Her parents, Harold and Sandra Jarrott, also live in Parker. In her spare time Kristine enjoys reading or watching documentaries, true crime, historic, or Christian. She is interested in travel; and hopes to be able to explore the world in the future. She enjoys NFL and MLB as well.
Those who nominated Kristine said she is very friendly, and goes above and beyond for everyone with everything. She is always willing to learn and is very dependable. She is very accommodating with the residents and does an outstanding job every shift. We love having her as part of the team and Kristine helps anyone even if it is not her job!
When asked what she thought of the award Kristine stated: “I was so touched! It means to me that every day at Pioneer Memorial I am surrounded by kind and considerate people who encourage and uplift each other … they certainly have with me! A big thank you … I am very blessed!”
