Vanessa Lounsbery, Accounts Payable / Payroll for Pioneer Memorial Hospital & Health Services, has been named as the April Employee of the Month. Vanessa started working with Pioneer Memorial June 2021.
In Vanessa’s role, she is responsible for payroll processing, accounts payable, front desk coverage, and assisting where needed around the office.
Vanessa lives outside of Beresford. Her family includes her husband, Justin; and their three daughters: Abigail (16), Kaitlyn (13), and Lia (11).
In her spare time, Vanessa enjoys spending time outside at home, Sundays with family, and baking and crafting when time allows.
Those who nominated Vanesa said she is excellent at problem solving and trying to streamline processes so the work flows more efficiently. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience from her previous employers that has been beneficial in looking at processes. She is a huge teamplayer, and jumps in whenever help is needed in the business office or anywhere in the facility. Vanessa is very kind and enjoyable to work with and is a great asset for Pioneer Memorial!”
When asked what she thought of the award Vanessa stated: “This award means so much to me! I enjoy being able to work with such an awesome team and to be able to provide great services and support to those around me.”
