Pioneer Villa is a 20 unit independent living congregate housing complex for seniors, offering a family atmosphere with all the comforts of home. It promotes a community environment suited to your needs and lifestyle without the burdens of home ownership. You can choose to participate in a variety of social and recreational activities and programs, eat noon meals in our private dining room, and enjoy visits with friends in our private, spacious lounge area.

- Spacious two-room efficiency, one, and two-bedroom apartments with individually controlled thermostats
