Pioneer Memorial Hospital & Health Services is pleased to announce the hiring of Sierra Stroeing, PA-C. Sierra obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Minnesota in 2021 and her Master of Physician Assistant Studies at University of South Dakota in 2025. Prior to PA school she received her CNA and became a GI tech at Avera Gastroenterology in 2021-2023. During her schooling she did rotations in ER, Family med, Pediatrics, Plastics, General surgery, Pediatric general surgery, psych, OBGYN, and Internal Medicine
Sierra is board certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is also certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Basis Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS).
Seirra grew up in Blackduck, MN and currently resides in Sioux Falls with her fiancé, Owen, and they are looking to hopefully move into the area. While not working, Seirra enjoys spending time with her family and friends, baking and anything outdoors.
Seirra stated: “I am excited to become a part of the Centerville/Viborg community. I look forward to getting to know everyone.”
