– After months of renovations, Pioneer Memorial Hospital & Health Services is excited to announce that the Centerville Medical Clinic has officially moved to its new location at 513 Broadway Street (the former Lewis Building) in Centerville. The clinic opened its doors for business in the new space on Monday, October 20, 2025.
The clinic continues to provide the same outstanding, compassionate care the Centerville community has come to expect—now with a fresh, modern look and improved facilities designed to enhance the patient experience.
We also are pleased to announce that outpatient therapy will now be offered in the Centerville Clinic. This new service line is part of our ongoing commitment to provide convenient, high-quality healthcare close to home.
To celebrate the move, the Centerville Development Corporation will host a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony at 12:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, in front of the new clinic.
In addition, the public is invited to attend an Open House on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Visitors are encouraged to stop by for tours of the new facility, along with cake and refreshments.
