David Maxson, Maintenance Assistant for Pioneer Memorial Hospital & Health Services, has been named as the May Employee of the Month. David started working with Pioneer Memorial October 2021.
In David’s role, he is responsible for facility maintenance, preventive maintenance, repair/setup/work with residents and staff as needed.
David lives in Viborg, SD with his wife of 38 years, Mary. In his spare time, David enjoys woodworking, occasional fishing, and being with his grandkids.
Those who nominated David said that he is very talented in every aspect of the job. He is always willing to jump in and tackle the hard jobs. He always keeps busy! David has been a wonderful addition to the maintenance team!
When asked what he thought of the award David stated, “I enjoy working here with these great people. I enjoy helping others and making a difference every day.”
