Donna Vandemore, CNA / CRA / Medication Aide & Restorative Aid, has been named as the June Employee of the Month for Pioneer Memorial Hospital & Health Services. Donna started working with Pioneer Memorial Hospital & Health Services in December 1999. She is responsible for taking care of all the residents’ needs in the Nursing Home area.
Donna lives in Viborg with her husband, Vance. She has a son, Clint, married to Tara; and son, Stephen, married to Jade. She has 4 grandkids and 2 step-daughters. She received her degree from Central High School in Aberdeen, SD.
Those who nominated Donna for this award described her as being extremely dedicated in her role. She works very well with the residents and they are always happy to see her coming. Donna goes above and beyond in her duties and is willing to help whenever needed. She is a great asset to Pioneer Memorial Hospital & Health Services!
When Donna isn’t working, she enjoys gardening, camping, riding motorcycles, and reading.
When asked what she thought of the award Donna stated, “I am very proud of this award because this means that I am doing my job in the right manner. It makes me feel great that my residents care about me, because I indeed care about all of them and miss them when I am not at work!”
