Everyone is invited to attend the free Viborg Community Health Fair on Tuesday, October 8th from 4 p.m. to 7p.m. at Pioneer Memorial Hospital and Health Services.
Organized by the Viborg Medical Clinic and Pioneer Memorial Hospital and Health Services, this one-day health fair provides a convenient opportunity for community members to receive health screenings, visit one-on-one with health care professionals and learn more about services offered locally at the Viborg Medical Clinic and Pioneer Memorial Hospital.
FREE Screenings available at the health fair include:
• Blood sugar testing
• Blood pressure screening
• Vision screening
• BMI
• Cholesterol lab panel
• Skin cancer screening
• Flu shots (Free w/ insurance or $30)
• Total body composition (DXR) ($30)
• One-on-one consultation with health care providers
In addition, medical professionals will be available, including a foot care nurse, diabetic education nurse, wound care professional, cardiac rehab coordinator, social worker, therapy director.
