Pat Anderson, Financial Assistant in the Patient Financial Services Department for Pioneer Memorial Hospital & Health Services has been named as the December Employee of the Month. Pat started working with Pioneer Memorial in July 2020.
Pat has an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. She lives in Irene with her husband Mark. They have 2 sons – Brett Anderson and Eric Anderson & family. In her spare time Pat enjoys spending time with the grandkids (Shea & Brooks), baking, and refurbishing of old furniture.
Those who nominated Pat said she is always willing to help others. She is definitely a team player and brings a fresh perspective to the team. She has tons of billing knowledge, and does the extra digging to ensure things are billed with accuracy.
When asked what she thought of the award Pat stated, “Teamwork. This award is not possible without the help of all my co-workers, and I feel very honored to have been nominated.”
