Pioneer Memorial Hospital & Health Services announces the addition of Dr. Thomas Flesher, MD to their team of outreach specialists! Dr. Flesher is a sports medicine trained surgeon serving patients in southeastern SD.
Dr. Flesher has over 42 years of experience in general and sports medicine orthopedics. He graduated from University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City, OK, and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. He is Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery, and Board Certified in Sports Medicine. He has performed hundreds of procedures in his career, and his specialties include Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Surgery. Dr. Flesher affiliates with many hospitals including Sanford Luverne Medical Center, Sanford Vermillion Hospital, Sanford Canton-Inwood Medical Center, and Sanford Canby Medical Center.
